User Agreement

Welcome to PasteCube. This User Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you and the CortexGrid (矩见) team governing your use of the Software. By downloading or using the Software you agree to be bound by all terms of this Agreement.
Software license
PasteCube (“the Software”) is developed independently by CortexGrid (矩见) and distributed through the Mac App Store. By completing a one-time purchase on the App Store, you receive a license to use the Software on your personal Mac. The license is non-transferable and non-resalable.
- Scope: You may use the Software on all Macs where you are signed in with the same Apple ID.
- Prohibitions: You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software; nor copy, distribute, rent, or resell it; nor use it for any unlawful purpose.
Updates & services
Updates released for the Software are available free of charge to purchasers. CortexGrid does not commit to any specific update cadence or feature roadmap.
Disclaimer
The Software is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You assume all risk of using the Software. In no event shall CortexGrid be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Software.
Privacy
The Software is local-first: clipboard data is stored only on your Mac and is never uploaded to any server. See the Privacy Policy for details.
